Authorities announced the notification on surveillance of certificate of origin (CO). The representative of Customs surveillance Authority notes about Wholly Obtained (WO), commodity was made entirely in export country and from its raw materials. If there is any non-original ingredients/material added on it will be removed from the list of WO.
Original materials must be certificated which meet the origin criteria and to be used for production.
Non-original materials which did not meet the origin criteria, are entirely or partly import from the non-member country or to be produced in FTA member but did not meet the origin criteria.
Related to the surveillance of CO, cases must submit CO include: goods applied special tax incentives, goods in controlled import lists, said the representative.
In case of changing the HS, the customs declarant can additively submit CO to apply for special tax incentives./.
