CPD Seminar: From Infrastructure to Urban Place – The Role of TOD in Shaping Cities

The seminar will explore Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and the integration of public transport, public spaces and urban activities. Speakers will present international experience and discuss the potential application of TOD in Ho Chi Minh City, including the Ben Thanh–Thu Thiem area.

Field Trip: TAVICO Wood Hub – Mass Timber × Japanese Zen Garden
09:00–13:00 | TAVICO Wood Hub, Dong Nai

Participants will visit TAVICO Wood Hub, its timber facilities, factory and model house, followed by professional discussions on Mass Timber, applications of wood in modern architecture and construction, and Japanese Zen garden design using Hinoki wood.

The organisers are expected to arrange transportation departing from SECC at 07:30.
