A. GENERAL INFORMATION:
I) Location:
Lot C4, Binh Hoa Industrial Zone, Binh Hoa Commune, Chau Thanh District, An Giang Province, Vietnam
15 km from Long Xuyen city, 21 km from My Thoi port; 197 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
There are four sides as follows:
+ North: Adjacent to Lu An Garment Company Limited.
+ East: Adjacent to traffic road No.7.
+ West: Adjacent to the vacant land plot.
+ South: Adjacent to traffic road No.4.
II) Geographical and geological conditions:
Located at the junction area (Highway 91 and Provincial Road 941) with a convenient location for waterway and road traffic, adjacent to the economic and technical axis 91 and an important traffic road of the province is Provincial Road 941. There is a traffic road to the harbor on the Hau riverside (about 600 m). In addition, Binh Hoa Industrial Zone is the labor attraction of the surrounding areas such as districts of Tri Ton, Tinh Bien, Chau Thanh, Thoai Son, Cho Moi, and districts of Dong Thap province such as Hong Ngu, Thanh Binh.
III) Meteorological conditions:
Like Chau Thanh district, the land plot area has a general characteristic of the climate of An Giang province, which is tropical monsoon climate, hot and humid throughout the year, divided into two distinct seasons:
Rainy season: From April to October.
Dry season: From November to March next year.

VI) Current status: The whole site has been fenced and divided into 2 phases:
+ Phase 1 (area of 60,052 m2): 25% of the area is in process of filling by Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Factory (herbal factory) and the remaining 75% of the vacant land area is calling for investment cooperation.
+ Phase 2 (area of 26,013 m2): Whole the area is calling for investment cooperation.
