The Viet Nam Trade Office in Singapore is pleased to invite Singaporean logistics businesses, associations, and stakeholders to participate in the FIATA World Congress 2025 (FWC 2025) as follows:

- Location: Hanoi, Vietnam.
This is the first time Vietnam is hosting this prestigious global event, marking a milestone in its effort to elevate its position on the global logistics map.
FWC 2025, organized by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam, is expected to be the largest and most important logistics event of the year, attracting 1,200 to 1,500 delegates from over 150 countries and territories, including around 1,000 leading global logistics companies, respected international organizations, and national logistics association leaders.
Hosted annually by the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA), the Congress serves as a platform for the global logistics community to gather, collaborate, and shape the future of the industry. FIATA represents approximately 40,000 logistics and freight forwarding companies worldwide through its 113 national association members and over 6,000 individual members.
This year’s Congress is themed “Green Logistics – Swift Adaptation”, reflecting Viet Nam’s long-term vision and strong commitment to building a sustainable and resilient logistics sector. The agenda will cover critical and timely topics such as:
- Restructuring global trade and supply chains
- Digital transformation and innovation in green supply chains
- Logistics for cross-border e-commerce
- Eco-friendly transport modes (e.g. rail and inland waterways)
- Emerging economic corridors and adaptive, flexible supply chain
FWC 2025 will be a unique opportunity for reginal and international enterprises to build partnerships, explore innovations, and strengthen competitiveness in a rapidly evolving logistics ecosystem. The Congress will also provide a valuable platform for Viet Nam’s SMEs to connect with global players and integrate more deeply into international supply chains.
